Adventure Cube

Adventure Cube gives you exactly one axis of control and builds everything on that restriction. You are a cube travelling down an alley, and you move forward regardless of what you do — the only choice available is left or right. That reduction turns the game into a continuous reading exercise, because every obstacle and danger in the alley has to be answered with a sideways step taken at the right moment rather than a stop or a slow-down. Coins collected along the route go toward buying new skins, which gives a longer-term reason to push further than the current run. The isometric view is a deliberate complication: judging a lane takes a moment longer than it would head-on.
